Vince Lombardi is one of our greatest influencers at Lakewinds Global. With many of our team members being current or former, athletes, Lombardi’s lessons resonate well. His views on leadership, personal values, and winning, transcend the lines of coaching a sport and land in our business leadership development. Here are some of the values that we have adopted from Mr. Lombardi.

Work Ethic: “Winning means you’re willing to go longer, work harder, and give more than anyone else.” At Lakewinds Global we are willing to outwork our opponents. And although this is not in a physical sense, we put more time and effort into delivering the results our clients need! 

Leadership Development: “Leaders are made, they are not born. They are made by hard effort, which is the price which all of us must pay to achieve any goal that is worthwhile.” Our entire leadership team began with our firm at an entry-level position. Through coaching, development, and their performance they earned their titles.

Teamwork: “Individual commitment to a group effort – that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work." We all have our individual goals but we are committed to the common goals of Lakewinds Global.
